Responsible Rewards, User Protection & Platform Integrity Policy

1.1 OVERVIEW

PredictBeta Nigeria Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates WonCut, a technology-enabled sports rewards marketplace and partner offer discovery platform.

WonCut enables users to:

• Discover licensed betting operators;
• submit and analyze eligible betslips and betting opportunities;
• access enhanced partner offers and promotional opportunities;
• compare available offers and rewards opportunities;
• receive cashback rewards and bonuses;
• participate in loyalty programmes;
• access lifestyle rewards and redemption opportunities; and
• engage with participating licensed betting operators through a unified rewards ecosystem.

The platform utilizes technology, automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and partner integrations to support offer discovery, user engagement, rewards administration, cashback allocation, loyalty programme participation, attribution tracking, wallet-based rewards, and redemption services.

4.1 PLATFORM FUNCTION

WonCut functions as:

• a sports rewards marketplace;
• a partner offer discovery platform;
• a cashback and loyalty platform;
• a rewards operating system;
• a sportsbook offer comparison platform;
• a rewards optimization platform; and
• a technology layer connecting users with licensed operators.

WonCut may provide:

7. AI AND ANALYTICS SERVICES

WonCut may utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics systems, and automation technologies to analyze user-submitted betslips and betting information, identify relevant partner offers, surface promotional opportunities, support rewards attribution, improve user experience, and enhance platform functionality.

AI-generated outputs are informational in nature.

The Company does not guarantee:

• profitability;
• betting success;
• favorable outcomes;
• winnings; or
• performance of any recommendation.

Users remain solely responsible for decisions made on third-party platforms.

7.1 Information, Recommendations and User Responsibility

WonCut may present users with partner offers, promotional opportunities, comparative information, analytics, rankings, opportunity scores, enhanced payout opportunities, rewards information, or other recommendations generated through the platform's technology systems.

Such information is provided for informational, promotional, comparison, and rewards-related purposes only.

The presentation of an offer, ranking, recommendation, comparison, score, or opportunity through the WonCut platform does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, professional betting advice, or a guarantee of performance, winnings, profitability, or success.

Users remain solely responsible for evaluating available opportunities and for any decisions made on third-party operator platforms.

9. WONCUT WALLET

9.1 Overview

The WonCut Wallet is a platform account maintained by WonCut for the administration of cashback rewards, promotional bonuses, referral incentives, loyalty benefits, rewards credits, and other programme-related value earned through participation in the WonCut ecosystem.

The WonCut Wallet is designed to facilitate the storage, management, redemption, and transfer of eligible rewards and promotional value in accordance with applicable programme rules.

9.2 Wallet Functionality

Subject to applicable programme terms, users may use the WonCut Wallet to:

• receive cashback rewards;
• receive promotional bonuses;
• receive referral incentives;
• store loyalty benefits;
• accumulate eligible rewards value;
• redeem rewards and benefits;
• access participating merchant offers;
• transfer eligible rewards or promotional value to participating partner platforms where supported and permitted by applicable programme rules; and
• participate in approved reward redemption programmes made available through the WonCut platform.

The availability of specific wallet features may vary based on user eligibility, partner participation, technical integrations, regulatory requirements, and programme rules.

9.3 Points Wallet

The Points Wallet is used to record loyalty points, reward points, promotional/bonus points, and other non-cash reward value earned through participation in the WonCut ecosystem. WonCut operates both base and bonus points wallet with base points coming from users' primary actions like betslips uploads and other vendor relationships; while bonuses from secondary marketing actions.

Points held within the Points Wallet may be redeemed, converted, transferred, utilized, or otherwise applied in accordance with applicable programme rules and available platform features.

Points have no cash value unless expressly stated by WonCut and may be subject to expiry, conversion limits, redemption restrictions, or other programme conditions.

9.4 Cash Wallet

The Cash Wallet is a platform account maintained by WonCut for the administration of cashback rewards, promotional bonuses, referral incentives, campaign rewards, and other eligible cash-based benefits issued through the WonCut ecosystem.

Cash Wallet balances may be redeemed, transferred, utilized, converted, or otherwise applied in accordance with the features made available by WonCut from time to time and subject to applicable programme rules, wallet terms, partner integrations, and legal requirements.

The availability of transfers, withdrawals, partner wallet transfers, merchant redemptions, or other Cash Wallet functionality may vary based on platform features, partner participation, user eligibility, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

9.5 Wallet Administration

WonCut reserves the right to apply reasonable controls relating to:

• reward eligibility;
• bonus qualification;
• transfer restrictions;
• redemption requirements;
• fraud prevention;
• account verification;
• promotional abuse prevention; and
• programme integrity.

The Company may suspend, adjust, reverse, restrict, or remove wallet balances where required to enforce programme rules, investigate fraud, correct errors, comply with legal obligations, or protect the integrity of the WonCut ecosystem.

9.6 Future Wallet Features

WonCut may introduce additional wallet functionality, transfer capabilities, redemption options, merchant integrations, partner integrations, withdrawal mechanisms, or other wallet-related features from time to time.

Any such functionality shall be governed by applicable programme terms, wallet terms, partner agreements, and relevant legal or regulatory requirements.

11. ATTRIBUTION AND COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIPS

WonCut may receive compensation from participating operators when users engage with partner offers, create eligible accounts, complete qualifying activities, place attributed wagers through participating operators, or otherwise satisfy attribution requirements established under applicable commercial agreements.

Such compensation may be received through:

• customer acquisition fees;
• referral fees;
• CPA agreements;
• revenue-sharing arrangements;
• marketing partnerships;
• promotional partnerships; and
• other commercially agreed structures.

The existence of commercial relationships shall not alter the user's contractual relationship with any participating operator.

17. GOVERNANCE

AI systems used by the platform shall be subject to periodic review intended to promote fairness, transparency, reliability, security, and consistency with the Company's consumer protection, platform integrity, and responsible rewards objectives.

18. REGULATORY POSITION STATEMENT

WonCut participates in rewards administration, offer discovery, partner engagement, cashback programmes, loyalty services, attribution tracking, wallet-based rewards, and user engagement activities.

WonCut does not operate a sportsbook, bookmaker, wagering platform, betting exchange, or gambling operator.

All wagering activity, betting contracts, betting deposits, odds, settlements, winnings, and gaming operations remain the responsibility of independently operated third-party licensed operators.

WonCut's participation in rewards administration, offer discovery, attribution tracking, cashback programmes, loyalty services, partner engagement activities, and AI-powered analysis tools shall not be construed as the operation of a sportsbook, bookmaker, wagering platform, betting exchange, or gambling operator.

Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as transferring the regulatory obligations of licensed operators to WonCut.

Any betting contract exists solely between the user and the relevant licensed betting operator.
