Terms of Service

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the WonCut platform, website, mobile applications, APIs, rewards programmes, wallet functionality, artificial intelligence services, partner integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

The Platform is owned and operated by PredictBeta Nigeria Limited (“WonCut”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. ABOUT WONCUT

WonCut is a technology-enabled sports rewards marketplace operated by PredictBeta Nigeria Limited.

WonCut provides rewards, cashback programmes, loyalty benefits, AI-powered betslip analysis, sportsbook offer discovery, partner offer comparison, rewards optimization, attribution services, wallet functionality, merchant rewards, restaurant rewards, hotel rewards, redemption opportunities, and related consumer engagement services.

WonCut's core functionality includes AI-powered betslip analysis, partner offer discovery, rewards attribution, cashback administration, loyalty programme management, and wallet-based rewards across participating betting operators and lifestyle partners.

WonCut is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, casino operator, lottery operator, betting exchange, or gambling operator.

All wagering activity occurs exclusively with independently operated third-party licensed betting operators.

Any betting contract exists solely between the user and the relevant licensed betting operator.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To use WonCut, you must:

  • Be at least eighteen (18) years of age;
  • Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information;
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations;
  • Maintain only one personal account unless expressly authorized by WonCut.

WonCut may deny, suspend, restrict, or terminate access where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
  • Securing access to your devices;
  • All activities conducted through your account;
  • Promptly notifying WonCut of unauthorized access or security breaches.

WonCut may require identity verification, account verification, or additional compliance checks at any time.

Failure to complete requested verification procedures may result in account restrictions.

5. PLATFORM SERVICES

WonCut may provide:

  • Betslip analysis tools;
  • AI-powered opportunity analysis;
  • Sportsbook offer comparison;
  • Partner offer discovery;
  • Cashback programmes;
  • Loyalty rewards;
  • Points programmes;
  • Wallet functionality;
  • Rewards optimization tools;
  • Restaurant rewards;
  • Hotel rewards;
  • Travel rewards;
  • Retail rewards;
  • Promotional experiences;
  • Merchant offers;
  • Redemption services;
  • Referral programmes; and
  • Other services introduced from time to time.

WonCut reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any Platform feature without prior notice.

6. AI SERVICES DISCLAIMER

WonCut may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics systems, automation technologies, and predictive systems to support platform functionality.

AI-generated outputs are provided for informational, comparison, promotional, attribution, and rewards-related purposes only.

WonCut does not guarantee:

  • Profitability;
  • Betting success;
  • Winnings;
  • Favorable outcomes;
  • Accuracy of predictions;
  • Financial returns; or
  • Performance of any recommendation.

Users remain solely responsible for all decisions made on third-party platforms.

7. BETSLIP SUBMISSION, ANALYSIS AND ATTRIBUTION

7.1 Betslip Submission

Users may voluntarily submit betslips, bet codes, wagering information, or related betting data to the Platform.

Such information may be used for:

  • Analysis;
  • Offer discovery;
  • Rewards qualification;
  • Cashback calculations;
  • Attribution tracking;
  • Loyalty programme administration;
  • Other Platform functionality.

By submitting betting information, users authorize WonCut to process such information in accordance with these Terms, applicable programme rules, and the Privacy Policy.

7.2 Analysis and Offer Discovery

WonCut may use artificial intelligence, analytics tools, automation technologies, partner data, and proprietary systems to analyze submitted betting information and identify:

  • Relevant partner offers;
  • Enhanced payout opportunities;
  • Promotional opportunities;
  • Cashback opportunities;
  • Loyalty benefits;
  • Reward opportunities; and
  • Other relevant opportunities available through participating partners.

7.3 Information, Recommendations and User Responsibility

WonCut may present users with:

  • Offers;
  • Recommendations;
  • Rankings;
  • Comparisons;
  • Opportunity scores;
  • Projected value assessments;
  • Rewards information; and
  • Promotional opportunities.

Such information is provided for informational, promotional, comparison, and rewards-related purposes only.

Nothing provided through the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, professional betting advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of success.

Users remain solely responsible for evaluating available opportunities and deciding whether to engage with any third-party partner.

7.4 Attribution Tracking

WonCut may track:

  • Clicks;
  • Registrations;
  • Referrals;
  • Account creation;
  • Qualifying wagers;
  • Qualifying activities;
  • Reward redemptions;
  • Partner interactions; and
  • Other activities relevant to rewards administration.

Attribution data may be used for:

  • Cashback calculations;
  • Reward issuance;
  • Referral tracking;
  • Partner reporting;
  • Fraud prevention;
  • Programme administration; and
  • Commercial attribution.

7.5 No Guarantee of Attribution

WonCut does not guarantee successful attribution.

Attribution may fail due to:

  • Technical failures;
  • Browser settings;
  • Device settings;
  • Ad blockers;
  • Partner platform issues;
  • Incorrect account linking;
  • Unsupported user actions; or
  • Circumstances outside WonCut's control.

Where attribution cannot be verified, WonCut may decline, reverse, suspend, adjust, or withhold rewards.

7.6 Commercial Relationships

WonCut may receive compensation from participating operators and partners when users complete qualifying activities.

Such compensation may include:

  • Customer acquisition fees;
  • CPA agreements;
  • Revenue-sharing agreements;
  • Referral fees;
  • Marketing fees;
  • Promotional fees; and
  • Other commercial arrangements.

Such compensation does not alter the user's contractual relationship with any participating operator or partner.

8. PARTNER OFFERS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

WonCut may display or facilitate access to offers from:

  • Betting operators;
  • Restaurants;
  • Hotels;
  • Hospitality providers;
  • Retailers;
  • Merchants;
  • Travel providers;
  • Entertainment providers; and
  • Other third-party partners.

WonCut does not control:

  • Partner products;
  • Partner pricing;
  • Availability;
  • Fulfilment;
  • Reservation acceptance;
  • Service quality; or
  • Third-party business operations.

Your relationship with a third-party partner is governed by that partner's own terms and policies.

9. WONCUT WALLET

9.1 General

WonCut may provide one or more wallet products including:

  • Points Wallets;
  • Cash Wallets;
  • Bonus Wallets; and
  • Other rewards wallets.

9.2 Points Wallet

The Points Wallet records loyalty points, promotional points, reward points, and other non-cash reward value.

Points may be redeemed, transferred, converted, utilized, or otherwise applied in accordance with applicable programme rules.

Points have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise by WonCut.

9.3 Cash Wallet

The Cash Wallet is used for the administration of:

  • Cashback rewards;
  • Promotional bonuses;
  • Referral incentives;
  • Campaign rewards; and
  • Other eligible cash-based benefits.

Cash Wallet balances may be redeemed, transferred, utilized, converted, or otherwise applied in accordance with programme rules, wallet terms, partner integrations, and applicable legal requirements.

The availability of transfers, withdrawals, partner wallet transfers, merchant redemptions, or other wallet functionality may vary.

9.4 Wallet Controls

WonCut may:

  • Restrict transfers;
  • Suspend wallet functionality;
  • Reverse rewards;
  • Correct errors;
  • Apply redemption limits;
  • Conduct verification checks; and
  • Enforce programme rules.

9.5 Relationship with Betting Operators

WonCut wallets are rewards administration accounts and are separate from sportsbook accounts, betting accounts, wagering accounts, and gaming accounts maintained by licensed operators.

WonCut does not accept, hold, or administer betting stakes or betting deposits on behalf of users.

Any wagering balances, betting deposits, stake amounts, winnings, or gaming-related funds remain under the control of the applicable licensed betting operator.

10. REWARDS PROGRAMMES

WonCut may provide:

  • Cashback;
  • Loyalty points;
  • Referral bonuses;
  • Promotional rewards;
  • Restaurant rewards;
  • Hotel rewards;
  • Travel rewards;
  • Experiences;
  • Merchant offers; and
  • Other incentives.

Rewards are not guaranteed.

WonCut may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or withdraw any reward programme at any time.

11. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users shall not:

  • Create multiple unauthorized accounts;
  • Manipulate rewards systems;
  • Abuse referral programmes;
  • Commit fraud;
  • Engage in money laundering;
  • Use automated systems without authorization;
  • Circumvent attribution systems;
  • Exploit software vulnerabilities;
  • Misrepresent eligibility;
  • Interfere with Platform operations.

Violations may result in account suspension, reward forfeiture, wallet restrictions, or termination.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Platform belong to PredictBeta Nigeria Limited or its licensors.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

13. DATA PRIVACY

Use of the Platform is subject to the WonCut Privacy Policy.

WonCut may collect, process, store, share, and protect personal data in accordance with:

  • The Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023;
  • Regulations issued by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission;
  • Applicable cybersecurity laws; and
  • Other applicable legal requirements.

14. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

WonCut may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where:

  • Fraud is suspected;
  • Programme abuse occurs;
  • Legal obligations require action;
  • Security concerns arise;
  • These Terms are violated; or
  • Platform integrity is threatened.

WonCut may remove rewards, bonuses, cashback, points, or wallet balances obtained in violation of programme rules.

15. DISCLAIMERS

The Platform is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

WonCut makes no representation or warranty regarding:

  • Platform availability;
  • Partner availability;
  • Reward availability;
  • Accuracy of third-party information;
  • Accuracy of AI outputs;
  • Betting outcomes;
  • Commercial results;
  • Merchant performance.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WonCut shall not be liable for:

  • Betting losses;
  • Gambling losses;
  • Third-party operator actions;
  • Merchant disputes;
  • Hotel disputes;
  • Restaurant disputes;
  • Missed rewards caused by attribution failures;
  • Indirect damages;
  • Consequential damages;
  • Loss of profits.

WonCut's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total value of rewards directly attributable to the affected user during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

17. INDEMNITY

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless PredictBeta Nigeria Limited, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms;
  • Misuse of the Platform;
  • Fraudulent activity;
  • Violation of applicable laws; or
  • Disputes with third-party partners.

18. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Before commencing formal legal proceedings, parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through negotiation.

Where disputes cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

WonCut may amend these Terms from time to time.

Material changes may be communicated through the Platform, email, notifications, or other reasonable methods.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
